How much does junk removal cost?

Our pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our trailer — from a minimum load (roughly 1/8 of a trailer) up to a full load. Most residential jobs fall between $150 and $500. We give you an upfront flat-rate quote before we start, so there are no surprises.

Do you charge by the hour or by the load?

We charge by the load, not by the hour. You get a flat-rate price based on volume before we begin. That means no watching the clock while we work — we move fast and you pay the same either way.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price we quote is the price you pay. The only time the price changes is if the actual load turns out to be significantly larger than what was described — and we'll always tell you before we load anything extra.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. You can get a free estimate by calling or texting us a description (or photos) of what you need hauled. We'll give you a price range right away. On-site, we'll confirm the exact price before we start.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected after the job is complete.

We're available Monday through Friday 7 AM–7 PM, Saturday 8 AM–5 PM, and Sunday 9 AM–3 PM. We'll give you a 2-hour arrival window and call when we're on the way.

Do I need to be home during the pickup?

For most jobs, yes — we'll need access to the items and a way to confirm the load and collect payment. If you have a specific situation (like items left in a garage or yard), give us a call and we can work something out.

What items do you haul?

We haul just about everything: furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, hot tubs, swing sets, and more. If you're not sure, just ask — we'll tell you straight.

Do you take appliances?

Yes. We haul refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, and other large appliances. There may be a small additional fee for appliances that contain refrigerants (like fridges and AC units) due to disposal requirements.

Do you take electronics?

Yes — TVs, computers, monitors, printers, and other e-waste. We make sure electronics are recycled responsibly rather than sent to the landfill.

What don't you take?

We don't haul hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, biohazardous waste, or propane tanks. We also don't handle structural demolition (load-bearing walls, foundations). For anything in that category, we'll point you in the right direction.

Do you take construction debris?

Yes. Drywall, lumber, concrete, tile, roofing materials, and mixed renovation debris are all fair game. We handle both residential and commercial construction cleanups.

How does the process work?

It's simple: contact us with a description or photos of what you need hauled, we give you a price range, you book a time, we show up and confirm the exact price on-site, you approve it, we haul everything away, and you pay when the job is done.

Do I need to move items to the curb?

Nope. We do all the heavy lifting. We'll go inside, up stairs, into the basement, or wherever the items are. You don't have to move a thing.

What happens to my stuff after you haul it?

We sort everything at the end of each job. Usable items are donated to local organizations when possible. Recyclables go to the appropriate facilities. Only what can't be donated or recycled goes to the landfill — we try to minimize that as much as we can.

Do you clean up after the job?

Yes. We sweep up and leave the area clean before we go. You shouldn't have to do anything after we're done.
